One thing I like about these bands is that the resistance is consistent from band to band of the same resistance level. For example, I also bought some of the SPRI Xertubes, and with those bands I could notice a variation in the amount of resistance from one band to the other if you were, for instance, using two bands, one for each arm at the same time. That's all I ask from a resistance band, durability and consistency. If these J fit bands break any time soon, I'll be sure to give an update, otherwise, I would definitely buy them again at this price. Review: Does the job. Not well - No handles came with it.
