Do they come with reading glasses like +1.5, +2.0 also? I wear bifocals but seeing computer screen though reading portion is pain.

It's unfortunate that there's no fit over reading glasses. A workaround is to buy also a ThinOptics reading glasses (very thin and light weight) and then fix that onto this carefully.

Can they also be used for driving to see some signs a bit closer?

Using the test card and light included, it shows 100% blocking.

Are these lenses infused or coated with blue light blocking compound?

The product packaging says that the lenses are made by adding special materials to the lenses during the production process and the lens itself will show a yellowish visual effect.it also says they filter blue light through the film layer. The lens is basically transparent, and the film layer is mostly blue so the background color of the lens presents a pale yellow visual effect. Don't know if that helps answer your question of infused vs coated. Seems like it has two layers to me or a coating. So best to reach out to the manufacturer.
