Well made "picks" for lack of better description. I use them for lifting nails that are just starting to become ingrown. Area around the nail is tender and slightly sore. Lifting the nail and trimming or grinding prevents ingrown nails which are very painful if left to do that. A little Teatree oil helps to tenderise the area. Old age is ok. The caveats are sometimes aggravating. Finding quality tools such as these help to overcome some of the aggravating caveats. Also infections. Ingrown tonails left unattended can develop into painful infections and a visit to the podiatrist. These tools help me to prevent that. Highly recommend.

If you’re dealing with an ingrown toenail, this curved nail file is a game-changer! It really helped ease the pain in my side toe. I’m so glad I discovered it. It’s sturdy and fits perfectly between my nail and skin. It filed the nail perfectly. Plus, the other tools are great for removing sock debris and dry skin.

I always get ingrown nails on my big toes, so I figured I try these tools out. They are sharp, so I would be extra careful when working on my toes. I do wish the nail lifter tips were a little thinner, as I find it's a bit too bulky sometimes to slip under my nails where the ingrown is, but I've learned to slide the tip in the center of my nail and slowly glide it to the ingrown area. I do love that I could scoop out dead skin and lint from wearing socks all day out. The filers are ok, it could be finer because my toenails are thick, and it takes a bit to file down the side and edge. However, it still leaves the side of the nails feeling rough and I worry about it irritating the skin on the side, so I re-file the side of the nail again with my glass filer. I like the texture design as it does help with gripping the tools. I did accidentally drop these, but fortunately, they are stainless steel, so they are holding up well after multiple drops.

This set of tools really helped me remove a very bad ingrown toenail. I suffered for weeks with pain until I got my hands on this set, very grateful. The quality and price are feasible. Easy to use and effective.
