I love those sliders. I borrowed once couple from my gym, but they did not work well for me on hardwood floors. These sliders are amazing, they have a rough side and a soft side. I tried them on carpet, hardwood floor and even on an outdoor wood deck, and they worked perfectly. The rougher side has more resistance which is great when needed. I have no excuse to skip my core work outs at home. I highly recommend this product.

Product works well but it arrived damaged. Maybe its the way it was packaged?

These are pretty decent to use at home or at the gym. Creates a better workout exercises and fits perfectly in my mini gym bag. The smooth side for hardwood floors gets scratched up a bit so it won’t look pretty after a while.

Great tool for at-home exercise or therapy. The durability is good, and it's portable, making it easy to store. It makes the exercises more fun.

I only used it on carpet and it works great. I have not tried it on hardwood floor yet. For hand movements, I can use the sliders with bare hands. With movements using legs like bear crawl, plank or lunges with sliders under feet,it slipped a bit. I have grip socks from my pilates class which works great with the sliders. I am glad I can do so much variety of exercises using these sliders.

Used on hardwood floor and it got scratched first time I used it, hope it doesn’t get worse.

This product works as advertised. The quality is good. Glad I bought it. It's inexpensive and easy to use.
