Doea this have a small sticky bit on it? If not how do i stuck it to my laptop?

No sticky bits on it. I used small high power neodymium magnets to attach it to my PC, so it can be removed and cleaned. If you can't use magnets on your laptop, I would suggest using velcro or blue tack or something similar.

How thick is this material?

its around 1mm thick, maybe a little thicker but no more than 1.5
