Good stuff
Fit very good. Make sure you know what you are doing welding on the pumpkin.

puts big hole in your oil pan so be aware
It fit the axle good but I did punch a hole five inches long threw my oil pan so make sure you build bigger bump stops

Great budget friendly, trail ready Truss!
Great fit, only required minor shaping around the pumpkin and I beveled the inside edge on the truss at the control arm bracket to help fitment with the angle. I also cut some 1/4 plate I had to continue the truss from the control arm bracket to the spring perch. And added a gusset to the upper control arm bracket to tie everything together and also added gussets to both lower control arm brackets. Tip: be sure to “pre heat” the pumpkin to 400ish degrees prior to welding it in. And remember to take your time welding the truss in. Do 1” welds at a time spreading them over the entire axle housing to avoid overheating the housing and risking failure to the metal. I also advise continuing the truss all the way across as I did both with the added piece of truss, and control bracket gusset. And welding the axle tube to the pumpkin on the long side. My rig in NOT a rock dedicated rig so I’m confident this will surface. It’s a trail ridge. I see water I’m going through water, through mud, and over rocks. Ie whatever’s in my path to get to my destination. But I’m not intentionally looking for the biggest rock pile or mud pit to go through. If that’s your route I suggest a fully boxed Truss that continues axle to able and over the pumpkin. But for my intended use, it fits the bill PERFECTLY.

Extremely great fit, and seems to be very well constructed
Wanted something cheap, yet reliable to strengthen the long side of the hp d30 I just recently swapped in. Extremely great fit, and seems to be very well constructed. Hope it helps my axle hold up to the abuse I'll be putting it through.

Quick, easy, cheap and better than nothing
Know that this is a very minimalist truss it will not do what an artec truss will, but it will add some strength and reduce the chance of bending your axle tube. Its also much easier to install than a full truss kit

Four Stars
