Had no issues with the scanner. It connected to my phone easily and works great. Can easily scan a ton of items and it sends the data to the phone quickly. I believe the way it works is it acts as an external keyboard and inputs the barcode into your phone.

We have purchased roughly 40 of these hand scanners for our warehouses and have been very pleased. After years of buying the expensive ones (named after a striped horse) that literally cost 10-15x more than this, we've decided that using these as a consumable item makes more sense. These are easy to pair with iPads and iPhones pair via bluetooth and easy to reset/reprogram with the included bar codes of necessary. We've had a couple of these break under normal warehouse conditions (drops, slams, etc), but we did have one that just stopped working out of nowhere according to its owner. A few emails with Eyoyo support later and we had a replacement shipped our way. Excellent customer service!

I bought this to go thrift shop hopping so I can check the value of CDs and books before buying them . This is a great small barcode scanner . It’s nice to have a small one that fits In my pocket and it’s not ridiculously big like the scanners made for retail use. This scanner was easy to pair with my phone and use to scan into amazon and eBay searches.

The unit scans fine and connects fine. Was not able to drop the check digit and the manual provided by customer support did not help with this issue. Customer service is very responsive however and is eager to please. They refunded part of my purchase for the inconvenience. Did a workaround to drop the check digit.

For the price this thing is great. Took me awhile to set it up which was fine for me because I don’t know much at all about all the tech stuff. I’ve used it a few times with my square app and the barcodes I generated. It shuts off if not used in a minute so that helps on battery life, you can use it while plugged in, the booklet explains everything. I do recommend having the book with you

I wanted to like this product but I feel like it has been a waste of my money and time! This is my 2nd return on this scanner. Please look at the other reviews. The scanner just turns off, you have to have the manual with you at all times to set it up, hard to contact customer service. UGH! I like the size, feels good in the hand but it lasts about 30-45 days tops and then unpaired from your phone and stops working randomly. Not sure about all these wonderful reviews, I can't get the thing to work for a good month, and wouldn't you know that the scanner breaks down right at the no return cut off point of 30 days. Caveat Emptor!

Took some getting used to - there is a laser field instead of a traditional line to place on the barcode. Once you get the hang of it, this machine is pretty accurate. However, this scanner does NOT scan from LED or LCD computer screens or tablets as was advertised in the description - this was a disappointment but. Size and battery life are great, and I like the blutooth connection to the laptop without a usb dongle (to lose).

Would buy again. There's only one small con to this product but otherwise it's great, lightweight, and easy to use. PROS The scanner works fairly well and is light weight. Easy to program with the instructions booklet. I primarily use it with the dongle and it scans well. CONS Wireless Bluetooth connection is slow/inaccurate scanning - could not use this function (dongle use is better)
