LUXA2 LVA20052N1Z Aluminum LM200 with 7-Inch Touch Screen Micro ATX, Mini ITX Media Center/HTPC Case (Black/Silver)

This case looks great and works well for my new HTPC. There is only room for 2 hard disks, and the power cables from the power supply butt up against one of the hard disk power cables, making for a snug fit. Only real problem I'm experiencing is with the media card reader- in both windows Vista and Windows 7, device manager shows it as an unknown device- attempts to get support or a replacement from Luxa2 have proven unsuccessful so far- I think they want me to return the entire case to Amazon. Having spent over $500 for this case, you'd think they'd send a $6 USB card reader replacement with no hassle. The documentation is Euro-English- be prepared for having to read between the lines and looking at pictures to understand the manual and instructions. I'm adding a HIS H467PS1GH Radeon HD 4670 iSilence4 HDMI Dual DL-DVI HDCP 1 GB 128 bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 X16 Video Card Retail #RoHS)and expect the score to improve to 6.5 or better for graphics. Amazon - I haven't contacted you about a replacement memory card reader for this yet, but perhaps they can be proactive and contact me! No way do I want to ship this back, but it's really annoying having a bad $6 part in this case that isn't working, and no simple support options. If it weren't for this, I'd give the case and the Amazon buying experience a 5 star rating.
