What does this formula do specifially? I usually buy the lavendar one which knocks you out and puts you to sleep or the eucalyptus spearmint one to relieve stress and help calm you. I haven't seen this particular formula in the stores. Just curious. Thanks!

Overall I found that this helped relieve muscle soreness and fatigue when I soaked my legs in a warm bathtub after soccer games. When I combined a soak with stretching, I found I had a lot less next-day soreness than I did with either one alone.
