## Description

The Rightline Gear truck bed tent features a floorless design that allows you to set up and take down the tent without removing your gear from the bed. The use of a standard tarp to cover the floor (that can be washed and kept separate from the tent) is a great idea if your truck bed is less than clean. Set up of the Rightline Gear Truck Tent is completed with your feet planted firmly on the ground; it is not necessary to enter the tent or to use a stepping stool to reach high poles. The tent is outfitted with (2) gear pockets, a lantern hanging hook, glow-in-the-dark zipper pulls, and a sky view vent. The Rightline Gear tent for truck completely covers the tailgate of the truck, allowing you to use every inch of available space. All windows and doors have no-see-um mesh and storm covers. Review: Very nice truck tent - This was very easy to set up in the back of my Silverado. The instructions were easy to follow. It has a couple of windows for cross ventilation. It comes with a nylon fly that is very easy to use and should provide extra protection from rain.
Review: Fits 2018 Tacoma 6’ bed perfectly. - I love this tent. It fits my 18 Tacoma double cab 6’ bed perfectly. It feels sturdy enough with no gaps. I give it 3 stars because I had a seam rip the second time I set it up. I have read the reviews and I knew that they reported a lot of seams ripping so I was careful not to over tighten the straps when setting it up. It still ripped so I think it was defective. Set up is easy if you follow the instructions and takes 10 to 15 minutes. If they replace it and the new one is ok I will update my review. UPDATE: I received a new tent in 3 days. I inspected the seams and it looked ok. I went camping and was very careful when setting it up. I recommend reading the attached instructions carefully. Make sure the seam lines up with the edge of your bed and don’t tighten ANYTHING until the very end. And even then, do not tighten anything very tight. I have the 3-fold tonneau cover and the tent fits over it when folded up. It’s a tight fit but not a problem. Bottom line-I am very happy with this tent. If they would reinforce the seams especially on the front corners (near the cab) it would be perfect. I am skeptical about the durability due to single-stitched seams and thin material, but for 4-5 times a summer it is perfect. I gave it 2 more stars. I love the design. It’s roomy. Good ventilation. The zippers are good enough but like most zippers you still need to be careful with them. I like that there is no floor so you don’t have to empty the bed to set it up. And it fits perfectly. **Q: Anyone used this with the Bakflip Tonneau cover installed?**
A: I have a 2018 Nissan Titan with the G2 bakflip. You have to leave the first section down (it makes a shelf), otherwise, it interferes with the tent. I personally like the shelf for storage, but the only downside is you have to lay with your head towards the tailgate/door. If you prefer to sleep with your head at the cab (facing the door), you'll be out of luck.

**Q: Can I use without removing my toolbox?**
A: Yes it works with a toolbox… I have a weatherguard model 302105-53-0 and it fits fine, just be a little careful with the edges

**Q: Will this fit my 2019 Honda ridgeline sport**
A: Hello. Sorry to report, but we don't offer a Truck Tent which will fit the new Ridgeline. This is because the bed and the cab are effectively one piece. Our Truck Tents require there to be a gap between the bed and the cab so that the Tent can sleeve over the corners of the bed near the cab.

**Q: What is the difference between the 5 foot and the five foot tall?**
A: When designing our truck tents we found there was enough of a difference in the Mid Size Short Bed (5') trucks to have 2 different models. The 110765 works with the Nissan Frontier '05-Present and the Toyota Tacoma '04-Present. The 110766 Tall Bed covers:
Chevy Colorado '15-Present
Ford Ranger '15-Present
GMC Canyon '15-Present

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ You need to look at and consider this tent!

It has withstood a small wind and a good rain storm. I have to say this has been one of my best Amazon purchases of all time. It fits the Chevrolet Colorado very well. You will have to jimmy rig the tent to sit up good and taunt. If you don't the front door may concave and collect rain water. The tent has 4 small windows, just big enough to let the air/wind circulate, and on the top center so you can see the night sky. Some bugs may get in because the tent does not cover completely around the tailgate but it gets the job done for everything else. This tent is so easy to setup, and take down. The poncho was a huge help during the wind and rain storm, but of course it blocked the windows and air flow. That is where the tent not covering the tailgate 100% came in handy, all that wind was still able to circulate through the tent. A little rain water was still leaking through the zipper on the door but no huge issue for me.
