One thing they don't mention at all in the instructions is that the back board has two indented holes which MUST go inside - they're for holding the rods for the hamper. I made that mistake and had to partially dismantle it to fix it. The build quality is better than I expected, as the package was very light and small when I received it. Despite my misgivings, I'm very happy with my purchase, and I'm keeping the company name in mind in case I need to search for more furniture like this! The only thing about it was putting it together. The instructions were mostly illustrated and didn’t say much. If you’re mechanically inclined you could put it together without much effort, but if not. The specifications say assembly one piece, not so there are several pieces.
