Joker Statue by Kotobukiya

First off, this statue is made of vinyl. It's stands about 10 inches tall. The statue stands well on it's own and is high on quality. The sculpt is amazing and detailed. It truly looks like the crazed lunatic we know as the Joker. The paint is applied beautifully with shadowing to emphasize on certain accents within the statue. This can be seen for example on the face which gives it a life like appearance. This as a result lends in a positive way to the overall finish of the statue and shows the time and effort that went into the manufacture of this item.Overall, this is one of the better representations of this character. So, if you are fan of the Batman and the Joker then this would be a great addition to your collection. Please note that this statue is becoming increasingly difficult to acquire. So if you do locate one please pick it up before they are all gone!

The Joker statue by Kotobukiya is a great buy for Batman/Joker fans. I have a lot of porcelain DC statues, but this statue looks great displayed right next to them. It's based on the art of Jim Lee and has amazing detail to both his suit and his face. The paint job is wonderful. His one accessory, the Bang gun and flag fits perfectly in his hand. His face has a slightly bluish hew to it, with a touch of anime influence to his features, particularly in his eyes, long nose, and lighter green hair with tendrils hanging attractively in his face. What can I say, I'm a Joker fangirl who likes her Joker's cute, but dastardly looking. This one fits the bill nicely.What I like best about these Japanese PVC statues is the anime touches that make them stand out from the (equally great) DC Direct figures. It's a bit more durable than a porcelain statue, but it's still fragile. I highly recommend this terrific piece.

I got this as a present for my wife she was always saying how she loved this statue.I always thought the face looked a bit off in the pictures but the pictures don't do it justice,..way better.Delivery was fast, the packaging was a bit damaged, nothing major, but the figure was unharmed.happy with the purchase.
