Works super well in combo with the shampoo and conditioner on my daughter's very curly, very thick, very tangle prone hair. I bought one bottle of this & the shampoo and conditioner to start with and was so impressed I purchased a 3 pack of each to stock up with. I did notice it gave her a little bit of dandruff, but that may have just been because she wasn't getting it all rinsed out in the bath. She's only 9, but is wanting more independence and privacy in the bath. Therfore she refuses mom's help most of the time. But they gotta grow up sometime. Also this isn't meant to offend anyone and I'm trying my hardest to word this right... I'm not sure of this is more of a people of color product or not, but I wanted to try it regardless, I've tried so many things on my daughter's hair it's crazy. We are white and it works awesome as I've stated. I will include pictures of her hair to show what I'm talking about with the thickness and curlyness of her hair.

This works well but it’s a little heavy and sticky on its own, so I cut it with water. That makes it last longer anyway, so it’s not a big problem, but by itself it weighs my daughter’s hair down. When diluted, it makes her hair softer and more conditioned, though.

This is the best hair detangler we’ve found for the price! It smells so good, like cotton candy, and my daughters and I use it. We all have different hair textures—one daughter has straight and very thick hair, the other’s is soft and wavy, and mine is coarse and wavy, and it works great for all of us! This is my second time buying the 3-pack on Amazon and I bought it at a beauty store before that.

We have twin 4 year old girls who are biracial and have different textured hair. I have tried many different detaingler’s, some expensive some not so much, and this is my favorite by far. I have bought this item many times. I have found it a bit cheaper at Sally’s Beauty Supply, but this is the easiest way to go for me, especially in a pandemic.
