Some thought the product was bad. I can tell you I bought 2 cans of this product because I trust the brand name Thompson’s Water Seal. Yes, the product was a milky consistency coming out of the can. I used a pressure sprayer to spread the product. It applied milky, but quickly penetrated the wood decking and dried clear, giving my boat dock a beautiful finish. I don’t understand the reviews complaining about the product. I am a very satisfied customer and will use this waterproofing sealer again. If your wood is dry it absolutely soaks this up like a sponge and then you are waterproof.
