Works exactly as advertised. Easy to apply and does a great job removing grime and chalk buildup without damaging the shaft. Cue feels smoother and looks refreshed after use. Solid product for anyone who takes their game seriously.

Product works great. Before I use it on cue, I wipe the cue with a moistened paper towel. That gets the majority of the chalk off. To avoid wasting this product, I purchased small pump bottle from Amazon. I then pump some out onto another paper towel and go over the shaft again. More chalk will come off. After this I burnish it with a leather burnisher. Cue comes out clean and smooth. I NEVER wax the cue. In my opinion, that will seal in what ever chalk residue might be left on the shaft and you won't be able to get it out. This stuff works well and does what it's supposed to, but don't expect to remove all stains on your cue shaft. It is worth the money and the effort, it raises the wood grain slightly, should be followed with Cue Doctor wax and then buffed with a clean cloth. Three oz. will last quite a while unless you're cleaning shafts for a living.

Seems to work well at pulling dirt out of the wood. My shafts aren't extremely dirty, but this did pull dirt out. I'll probably always keep a bottle in my case.

Great product! Cleans off chalk stain and any dirt or gunk quickly...which happens after a night playing at the pub! A little goes a long way on simply a paper towel, I usually do a first pass and then grab a fresh paper towel and do a second fresh pass...and done...little que wax after and your ready to rock! Highly recommend this product!
