didn't fit on our molding. maybe it's be good to include a way to measure your molding thickness of the molding to understand if this will fit, in stead of simply stating "fits most".

Holding heavy mirror and blending in with molding very well
Really like this frame hook. I used one with Framers Hanging Wire to hang a very heavy over 3' wide Crate and Barrel mirror. It fit perfectly along my pre-war wall molding and blends well with my trim that's painted with Benjamin Moore's high gloss paint in White Dove. I think the wire we're using is meant for things up to fifty pounds and have a feeling that mirror might weigh more, but it's been going strong for over a year now. I'm sure this would work with a variety of whites and it is less gray/yellow than it appears in the picture. Overall, I'm very happy with this hook and am realizing as I write this that I should find a use for the second one...

These molding hooks for pictures work great!
I found these molding hooks after a long search, and they work great! I was afraid I would have to install picture rail moulding but these hooks work perfectly on my existing molding. Thanks!
