The customer service I have received is second to none, the seller has excelled even Amazon themselves.Unfortunately for me the earphones do not fit well for my ears, I messaged the seller for a solution and they almost immediately responded. Not only the seem genuinely caring with the current Covid-19 situation but also caring about my issue. They went out of their way to prevent any inconvenience to myself. The cable is long enough, and the jack seems sturdy enough. They are let down by the mic, which is much too sensitive; it picks up the sound of the slightest breeze making it hard to use for voice conversations outside. Also, if the mic brushes against your clothes, that makes a noise, too, so not ideal. The volume control is also a bit fiddly; it works, but I struggle to locate the buttons (the controls on my old iPod headphones were much easier).
