A rarity -- romantic erotica focused on male couples in committed relationships -- Take This Man comes from one of the top-flight gay fiction writers, Neil Plakcy. Many erotic stories focus on the thrill of first contact, but Take This Man is thrillingly different, taking a close look at how much sexier an encounter can be when the two men involved have been together for long enough to make a commitment to each other. Formalized or not, the fact remains that knowing what turns your partner on -- and vice versa -- makes encounters even hotter, especially when the erotic encounter is an expression of an emotional bond. Review: Long Time Love. - Easy to read stories of love and committment between two men. It was wonderful to read about mele couples who wanted more than hit & run sex. Review: Four Stars - good stories

A great collection
A great collection of romantic stories--some were very sweet like Jernigan's Into the Dark and Archer's A Ride Home, others had a bit of an edge to it like Ripley's Unwanted Freedom. All had great sex scenes (of course!).

"Take This Man" is a well-written, easy to read collaboration of stories by various Authors. Each story gives the reader a truthful look into the minds and hearts of individuals experiencing gay romance and gay love. These stories tasteful address the societal issues, such as hate crimes; segregation and religious judgments that those involved in gay relationships deal with on a daily basis, without being bitter and defensive. The Authors do not allow the restrictive ideologies of others to effect this literary work that embraces individual pursuits of unconditional love and acceptance. I recommend this book to any reader who is open to seeing the life-giving power that resides in the incomparable state of being loved.
