On researching this product before purchase, I found most listings simply said “lightly lubricated,” but did not identify the type of lubricant. I finally found one listing that identified the lubricant as water-based, which apparently is not correct. The box I received says, on the back panel, that the lubricant is silicone. So, if you need a non-silicone lubricant, do not buy these. Too bad the seller did not have the thoughtfulness to display the back of the package in the listing as I clearly would not have purchased these if I had known the lubricant was silicone. Understandably, this item is not eligible for return, so the purchase is a total loss.
