TI83PLUS TI-83Plus Programmable Graphing Calculator, 10-Digit LCD

I'm always a bit scared to purchase anything that's been used before but this was anything but disappointing. Very good condition and I personally don't mind the little message from the previous owner lol.(just threw it into my sanitizer first). I was initially going to return this after my class finished, but I'll keep it seeing as it works perfectly fine and was so much cheaper than what's available. What's concerning tho, is the way that Amazon delivered this calculator. It was literally just the calculator in the little envelope, with little to no protection. Of course my experience might not be the same as others.

The product is great! My son misplaced his school calculator and had to pay $100 for a new one. When I saw this I was a bit sceptical but I decided to take the $48 risk anyways. The reviews seemed trustworthy enough and I bought it. When it came, it was in great condition aside from a few scratch marked initials on the front and sometimes name on the back. The calculator works well (used my own AAA's to test it) and I'm glad I found this product. A solid 9.5/10!!

When we first got it the graphing component didn’t work but I sent a request to the seller and they instructed my son how to reset it and now it works perfectly!!

Of course we didn't find out until after school started that my daughter needed a graphing calculator fairly quickly. I was concerned that I was going to have to spend way more than my budget could afford, at that time. Luckily, I found a seller that offered both new and used products. I opted to purchase a gently used calculator, and it both looks and works fine! The only complaint I have is that it didn't come with instructions, so I had to purchase these separately so that my daughter could understand how to utilize all the features.

The calculator is good. I was hoping for a surprise but I didn’t get the surprise. It’s just as good as the price.

I didn't tell my friend that I lost his calculator. Well, I left it at my mom's home during winter break. So I decided to order (w/o him knowing) this calculator that was exactly the same as the one I left at my mom's house. I ordered the calculator before he actually text me "hey can i get my calculator back' (I waited for him to actually reach out to me about it), then when he finally text me about it and meeting me at a public place on campus I gave this calculator to him. Haven't heard speculation about the calculator that I given to him, so all is good with me.

I was a little skeptical about this product because of how cheap it was, since other calculators are at least $70, but I am a broke college student so I just decided to take a chance and buy it anyway for my statistics class. This is well worth the money and is by far the cheapest price for a TI-83 on amazon. Highly recommend!! Came with new batteries, a cover, and well-functioning!!

The calculator is terrible. It does not meet my needs for the class material at all. 84 plus is much much better. If I had known it before purchasing 83 plus, I would have bought it definitely regardless of the price. Now I feel I lost my about $120 for the poor calculator. If possible, I want to exchange with 84 plus. I am willing to pay a little bit more for 84 plus.
