Excellent Workout
The water resistance combined with these weights make for a challenging but doable workout in the pool. The weights are very light weight until you have to maneuver them in the water for an arm workout and then they make for a great “weight training” for your arms. You can also use them for an ab workout by floating with them on your sides and bringing legs up for crunches.

Nice size for a good Workout in the pool.
Season was ending when I finally got them for a neighbor’s pool, but I did get a few uses in. I used them for about half a dozen different exercises in the water, and feel like they are exactly what we wanted for more upper body work in the pool.

I use my water weights weekly. It’s amazing how light these weights are and yet how much resistance you get using them in water! Exercising in the water is so much fun with my weights.
