I try to buy smart and prep for emergencies. A box of matches is on my list of emergency AND everyday must haves but I got so tired of the wasting half a box of matches because the tiny strip of strike paper gets worn out. Waste of money! This is perfect to add right to the box! Super low profile when it’s on there so it doesn’t feel like a bulky awkward object. Works great even with paper matches and I will be adding this to my emergency prep must have list! But seriously, it’s two full sheets (the size of a sheet of copy paper) so if you use it wisely and take care of it, you won’t need to buy it every month like I was having to do with the box of matches. Cut a small strip of this off and glue to the box and the problem is solved. Also, I set out some kitchen matches in a small, attractive pottery jar and glued a circle of this striking paper on the bottom.
