Easy to use. I had hand surgery and could not use a hand crank opener. From putting the can under the magnet to pushing the top, worked like a charm. No sharp edges to contend with. Very sturdy, and definitely value for the money.

I have been using this for five years and it works great! You hold the head down as it cuts through the can. When the top pops up, there are no sharp edges! I just purchased another one for my best friend, hoping the five kids would love it so much they'd help mom cook! It works really well, holds the cans without any problem, is very durable. Mine is black and silver and fits in well with a stainless kitchen. It stays clean and doesn't need to come apart to clean as my others did. We really like this item a lot.

Definitely the best can opener I have ever used. I mean I've only used like 4 but this one knocks it out of the park. SUPER easy to use, great quality, great magnet strength, perfect speed, Durable. Nice looking too. Love that it doesn't leave a sharp edge.

You won’t get a long life with this can opener but while it works it is a fantastic opener. I ordered another one today. This will be about my 4th one. As I have gotten older opening cans with a manual can opener is difficult for me. This one is easy to use and opens on the side so you don’t have sharp edges or have the lid fall into the can. For my needs, I am fine with buying a new one after 1-1/2 to 2 years of use.

Used my Hamilton Beach electric can opener today and am impressed by its ease of use and the clean cut it made in removing the top of the can. At first I couldn't even tell it was cut. I just removed the top as if it were a lid. No sharp edges. Bravo!

This is the best electric can opener I have ever used. It is easy to use and it opens the cans so there are NO sharp edges!! I did not know such a can opener existed!!

The design of this tool is seamless! It stores well, works well, and its not overly bulky. I especially appreciate that the cord feeds back into the device. This has made my use of can food more accessible and less frustrating! Would recommend highly.

Takes a few tries to get used to it, but once you get the hang it, it is the best opener as cans are cut WITHOUT any sharp edges on the can or lid afterwards. Cost a bit more than some traditional openers, but works much better.
