I cut open the pack with a hacksaw to get the old batteries out and then after soldering the new cells together and putting them in the pack I just superglued it back together along the hacksaw'd seams. It worked very well but there are rough edges from the hacksaw.... could probably fix that with some black epoxy / potting compound.Initially charged the cells at 0.1 amp for 8 hours to bring them all into balance.After being drained fully by RC toy until the toy would not work anymore, the cells accepted a full 1200mAh on my B6AC charger after being drained by RC toy.
