The headline and photo say it's a gel pen, and I assume that's right, even though the rest of the description says ballpoint. The G2 refills will fit the gel pen. They won't fit the ballpoint. I used to use G2, but found that the EnerGel refills are the same size as the G2, but write better and the ink dries faster. **Q: Will this fine cartridge barrel take a "bold" cartridge refill?** A: I always get bold.
