My husband and I ordered and just received these cases. I saw them and did not have a good feeling so I made my husband try it first. He followed the instructions to the T. It took us quite a while to open it before use, and that should have been a hint, but we tried anyway. The note 10 has already a "screen protector" and to use this case, your suppose to remove it. We did. We followed the instructions on how to do the fingerprint part and put the phone in the case. Everything seemed fine and dandy until you try to actually use the phone. The cover on the fingerprint part looked like it had a hole in it (wasn't but looked like it, now I regret that I did not take a picture) and it did not work. Fingerprint unlock will not work with this case. Second problem: If you want to use the pen, well, to bad, your gonna need a crowbar to open that part. We got so frustrated with this purchase, that we did not even try out the camera or face recognition. Now, thanks to amazon return policy, I'll be returning the cases but now I have to buy a screen protector because of this case. So until I get my order in, my phone is totally unprotected and god forbid, it falls. I am really upset about that part. You shouldn't have to "take your phone apart" just to put it in a case. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it did look very sturdy and, since you'll need brute force to open any ports, probably waterproof. And it seems to be a good case for occasional use when you do "outdoosy" stuff. We did want something sturdy, but we are not going swimming and taking underwater pics with our phones so this case is not for us at all or for anyone hoping to use it as an everyday case. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good but... *by M***B on Reviewed in the United States on August 26, 2019* Not 5 stars because,1. This is a good case but theres things I'd like to changeThe fingerprint "sticker" does work sometimes, but it looks like complete trash over your screen!!! The case doesn't seal at the bottom right when looking at your phone.Also it does have these little silver dots on sides of case and I hate them.More color options would be nice to.The finger print sticker needs to change high priority ### ⭐⭐⭐ Poor tactile response *by E***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 27, 2019* Well made, just poor tactile response. Buttons are a little difficult to push and the finger scanner does not work. Would be a good 'day adventure' case, going to the beach or if you will be out in the elements.
