3.5A Raspberry Pi 4 Power Supply with PiSwitch (USB-C)

I have had this on my pi and say it is a must have I love just being able to click my pi on and off with a button and it also has no power problems like I was having with other supplies. I have the 4b pi and it runs amazing with this power adapter.

TBH I only wanted the PiSwitch. I didn't even open the power supply lol. The PiSwitch is fantastic!

I just got this kit because of issues I was having with the Vilros power supply that came with a Vilros Raspberry Pi kit I purchased. I should have listened to the recommendations to stay with the Cana Kit branding. This PS is much better quality in every aspect. The cables are thicker and stronger. The power delivery is much better. I was having constant shut downs with the Vilros PS and never realized what the problem was. Now that I have the Cana Kit PS I have had no shut downs or re boots.

I have an arcade running a pi4. The power switch broke so i replaced it with this. The pi4 is inside the arcade cabinet not easily accessible so I don't know if its on or off because my previous switch was just a button. The power indicator light let's me know for sure if it's on or not. The switch cord is a little short but I made it work by moving the pi closer so it can fit in the slot. After setting it up, the power button isn't visible in my arcade which prevents unwanted shutdowns. One last unintended but very welcome change is that when I press the power switch button, it automatically turns on the TV in the arcade (tcl roku). I had to manually turn it on before and this was the only thing that I changed in my arcade.

I had what I thought was a good quality USB-C charger that claimed 3 watts output at 5 volts, which should be fine for Raspberry Pi 4, but I was getting low voltage warnings with it. This supply was reasonably priced (like most of CanaKit's products) and of good quality. I like the power switch. No more undervolt warnings and worry about the associated issues! Price is hard to beat for a good quality legitimately UL-listed product. Would buy again, and would recommend to friends and others. Very pleased with CanaKit.
