Part of a powerful trio.
This book has helped out my score on the reading comprehension sections quite a bit! On my first (cold test), I was writing 13-14 correct per section, after about two months of using this book (and taking practice tests), I'm consistently writing 20-22 correct per section. This book helped me figure out what the LSAT looks for, as well as tips to handling the different types of questions. The book has good strategies and tips for use when studying for the LSAT. I have applied concepts learned from this book to my undergraduate course work as well, and it seems that I am retaining more from the various readings. The main place that it has helped outside of LSAT study is in my ability to outline and dissect readings.

3 Keys to Efficient LSAT Studying
Hands down the best study material for the LSAT. I self-studied with this over about 9 weeks and felt very well prepared going into the October 2015 LSAT. I feel that I bumped my previous score by around 10 points using the PS Bibles the second time around. Here are my 3 keys for efficient studying: 1.) Work through all Powerscore Bibles (LG, LR, RC), 2.) take as many prep tests as possible under times conditions (minimum of 10-15), and 3.) debrief each prep test by thoroughly reviewing all questions. LSATHacks.com has explanations to all of the prep test questions you miss. Follow this and you'll be on your way to a higher score! Update: Jan 2020 - Got accepted to law school, crushed it, and finished with highest honors and Order of the Coif. These books made it all possible. Don't play yourself, put in the work if you want the reward.

The LSAT Reading Comp Bible is a thumbs UP!!!
I want to take a few minutes away from my graduate studies to give a brief but well-deserved critique regarding the PowerScore Reading Comp Bible. I am using all three PowerScore tomes for my LSAT review. I have the Logic Games, the Logical Reasoning and the Reading Comprehension Bibles on my Kindle. I started my LSAT review in November 2013 and will take my LSAT June 29th here in Manila, Philippines. All three books are better and more thorough than I expected. I have already completed each of the three Bibles from front to back. I will read them all three times and will have worked every example in all three. It is tough on top of the MBA I am currently working on full-time. But a solid score on the LSAT is my dream in 2014. A solid score for me is a 168 or in that ballpark. My cold score before I started was a 148. So I am feeling very well armed now with where my weak areas are (Logic Games) and know where to focus for maximum improvement. The only thing I have added was the purchase of the LSAT Exams numbered 162, 163, 164 and 165. I highly recommend practice exams weekly in addition to the three Bibles from PowerScore. God Bless & Good Luck :))) Eric - Strayer University

you probably know that there aren't any truly great RC programs or guides out there
Between this and around 20 preptests, I consistently improved in reading comprehension. RC is certainly my most inconsistent and weakest section. I started with -5 to -8 each time to getting -2 to -4 each time. If you are serious about your preparation, you probably know that there aren't any truly great RC programs or guides out there. But, this did help me in several specific ways, for example, how to improve my understanding of how to pick a "best answer" when there is no good answer. I haven't used the other PowerScore Bibles, but I'd feel confident recommending the brand based on my experience with the RC Bibl.e

and they are THE BEST. I read each bible from cover to cover
I used the PowerScore bibles for all 3 sections of the LSAT + took the PowerScore class, and they are THE BEST. I read each bible from cover to cover, over a 3 month period. My score improved 21 points from my original baseline test. The tips and strategies are great on their own, but a OUTSTANDING compared to other companies' prep books.

Helpful for Reading Comp. Section
Very intensive breakdown of the reading comprehension section. Every person studying for the LSAT needs this.
