Stanley and Mac Tools are owned by the some company. These are a Mac Tools hammer in all but name. - The quality and finish is there - The durability is definitely there - You can really put some power behind your swings and hardly feel the vibrations, just as the name describes. My only word of warning is that if you want these for shaping metal with the ball end, it is not a perfectly smooth round ball and you can feel the milling on it, so be prepared to either smooth it out or be disappointed. These are a great value for the quality and finish you get.

High quality fit and finish. I've bought Mac tools hammers back in the 80s that didn't survive just sitting around. What's made now is a whole lot better quality . These are actually worth buying for your tool collection. As nice as they are, you would think it was made in the USA. They are made in Taiwan. But, on another note. Taiwan does make high quality tools for some companies that are equal to USA made quality. The problem is finding them

Awesome! Great hammers

I honestly don't have anything bad to say about these hammers in terms of their function and design. The grip feels great, and the "anti" vibe feature actually works. It's difficult to tell, so I've used these back to back with another style hammer, and that's when I noticed how little impact I was feeling after using these. The only thing bad I have to say is, for the price, these should be made in the USA. Mine were labeled as made in Taiwan. These are the same hammers as the Mac tools set off the tool truck but for a better price.

Super cheap compared to mac tools proto makes them for mac same set over double the money

I prefer these over Snap On ballpeins. They are exceptionally sturdy, so unlike a wood or fiberglass handle, I have NO concerns about the head flying off into the hood of a Land Rover. Most notably though, from the shops ive walked into and the reviews ive seen, the rubber handle just doesnt degrade like others. I am yet to see any Antivibe hammers with that gummy disgusting rubber, which gives me confidence that these will last a decade or two. These are also functionally identical to the Mac tools versions I have, for a fraction of the price.

The hammer set comes in handy quite a bit, I use this set daily as a mechanic in the rust belt and have had no issues with this set.

Love this set of hammers, fit and finish is excellent, don't think anymore, just buy them! you won't regret. I went with this set as opposed to the heavier set of 3 for a couple of reasons: 1. - I have a mini sledge that covers the 2 - 3 Lb range. 2. Having more variety of lighter weights, more times than not you want to start with the lightest hammer and work up to avoid damaging equipment\parts.

Great hammer set. Heavy duty hits with lightweight feel. Easy on the vibrations when hammering. Feels and fits great with medium sized hands. Good weight variety for your hammering needs.
