Luster's S Curl No Drip, Curl Activator Moisturizer, 16 Fl Oz

I have three bi-racial daughters, and I frequently braid their hair. I've found that this moisturizer is multipurpose for use on their hair (and they all have different textures, one is 3b, another is 3c, and the oldest is 4b). If they have braids, I can use this on their natural hair prior to installing the braids and it helps prevent it from drying out. I also used this while my oldest was transitioning back to natural and found it helped minimize any breakage. If they're using curly weaves, then this helps maintain those curls and prevents tangling while keeping the style looking fresh. The smell is tolerable, it isn't something that you'd broadcast as an all-over scent, but it isn't overpowering when used in the hair. If you found my review helpful, please check the box saying so. At first, I did not notice a difference, but when I read the instructions, it says that this moisturizer first penetrates the hair shaft and to use everyday. Now that the product has had time to penetrate my hair shaft, it is doing what I expected it to do. I have mixed hair, so the hair tends to be dry with less oil. This does both: provide moisture and sheen. Thanks Amazon for offering a great product!

Wow this stuff is amazing. We have decided to get rid of our other water as the first ingredient moisturizing conditioners and just use this for our kids 3c/4a low porosity naturally curly hair. It is awesome and we can really tell the difference from this and other conditioners. It last all day!! Our kids do not like putting oil or grease in their hair so there is usually dry and rough because the conditioner I previously chose for them is an conditioner with oils in it. But this stuff we are buying more and plan to stock up. One bottle for each of them it is that good!

I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS PRODUCT!! first time user and decided to try it from a YouTube video I stumbled upon...I'm white and have extremely damaged extremely fine hair that's more like wavy than super curly....I diluted this with a tiny bit more than 1/3 water in a ultra fine mist spray bottle and scrunch towel dried my hair and then sprayed the dilluted mixture on it and did the "hair plop" method over night (putting head upside down into a scarf, tying it, then sleeping in it overnight....look up detailed instructions on YouTube). When I woke up my hair looked like the first picture. I was shocked how it made my hair WAY more curly like a perm!! But the plop method doesn't give the really nice looking fresh round curls so I sprayed more of the diluted product in the morning and used a diffuser on low and scrunch my hair some to get a fresher looking curl and I'm in love! I hope they never stop making this! I am only concerned to see if it gives me a build up but I'll most likely just use a clarifying shampoo occasionally if it does cause it's amazing :).

I have just received my Luster's S Curl No Drop, and I am just wondering why there would only be protective plastic at the top of the bottle, and not the entire bottle? The way it is, no one would be able to take the top off of the pump, but they surely could just unscrew it and do whatever they felt like and close it right back up and deliver it. I love this product but I don't want anything happening to my mother's scalp or hair. I wished that it was sealed better... Good product, not so good protection.

I’m not exactly sure what this product did to my hair, but it’s amazing. I had a lot of damage due to just not properly taking care of myself. This was one of the new products I starting using and my new growth ( I have relaxed hair) is softer and more manageable. Overall, this is a great product. I’m sure it would be awesome for natural hair.

I started using this on my 10 yo daughter hair during the summer after her stylist cut too much of hair just for curls. I was pissed. But after 4 wks of using this on her hair in singled braided state, her hair grew longer than it was before she started going to the salon. This is the truth! No more breakage no more splitting no more dryness! Pissed I didnt know and wasn't using on hair from birth lol. I was using pink oil moisturizer by lusters. Oil moisturizer makes her hair shed like crazy. So I stopped using it. Buying this forever!

Good for moisturising curls, waves etc. Genuine product from seller. Will definitely buy again.

I have a mix of waves and ringlet curls and this stuff is great for both. Usually I find a product that is better with one or the other but this truly is great with both of my hair patterns. Not too heavy, tames my frizz, makes my curls and waves way more defined, no issues with my bright hair colours, smells great. I'll be so upset if this stuff is ever discontinued, I've tried SO many products and nothing has ever fit this well!
