Cantu Shea Butter Moisturizing Curl Activator Cream 12 Oz., Ivory (0002)

I have been using Cantu products for years. Thought I would try something new for my curls. Not really happy with how gummy they left me. Came back to Cantu w this product and sure enough! This is the best! Great hold, great frizz control, soft feel, nice scent, and easy on the wallet.

I a white female with long hair. This has quickly become my go-to styling product. It is not greasy, yet moisturizes, tames the frizz and perks up my natural waves. On top of that, it smells like the tropics. Good stuff at an affordable price.

My young grandchildren use this product on their hair and it produces the most GLORIOUS curls every morning. Cantu Shea Butter Moisturizing Curl Activator has turned what were numerous tear-filled, bad hair days into days of beauty and bright smiles. It has profoundly shortened their morning routine before school and has filled them with confidence about their naturally full, coiling curls. All of the Cantu Shea Butter products are exceptional, but I have found this particular application enables the children to "do" their own hair, giving them ownership of their genuine beauty. This product is worth its weight in gold!

Works well, smells great. It leaves my curls a little on the hard side and it's not until hours later that it softens up. Only use a little bit.

Best Curl Cream I've tried. I have 4C natural hair and this cream allows me to wash and go with great definition and curl. I do twist my hair regularly, but sometimes all I have time to do is wash it and take off and this cream defines my curls but still leaves my hair baby soft and bouncy. I absolutely love it for keeping my hair moist and shiny.

Love the smell and it doesn't leave the hair feeling heavy.

I have 4c roots and 4b everything else. This is my favorite product from cantu. I used to use the shea butter conditioner but I do find that the naturals line is much better for my EXTREMELY thick hair. I do see a difference in my curl definition as well. I Plus it keeps my hair really soft and tames the frizz. I also like that I don't have to use a lot of on my hair. With the shea butter conditioner it felt like I had to use 1/4 of the container to get my hair in a decent spot. I am not a fan of styling gel as it contributes to the breakouts on my face, this product is definitely for those who are okay with SOME curl definition and want less frizz and soft tresses. Plus it smells so good. Everyone always compliments me on how wonderful my hair smells

This product has worked such wonders for my hair and transformed it into these huge curls that look just..Amazing!! On the pic attached, the left is the before, aka when I discovered my hair wasn't frizzy straight and started the cgm, which to me at the time was just cgm approved shampoo and conditioner and not brushing my hair, which kinda helped in forming these small curls, but then I discovered that silicones and sulphates work wonders for me in giving me soft, light, free flowing hair, and then my journey of self-curl-discoveration started a haircut and multiple shampoos and conditioners later I realized that shampoo and conditioner aren't the only 2 steps of a curly-head. I started looking into curl creams and gels and this was one I got the vibe from (sounds cheesy I know 💀 but I trust my intuition ) so I bought it. And on the right are my results on the first time applying the product, the most beautiful hair day I've ever had, my hair was so voluminous and bouncy, the amount of compliments I received from everyone around me in opposition to the mostly negative comments I used to receive about my frizzy straight hair. {Can't wait for school to reopen I'm gonna walk in with the biggest glow up of my life (dropped 20 pounds, fixed my hair etc) hehe} Idk how I got the quantity right in just the first try, but all I know is I'm a life-long customer from now on! (Also note, I didn't use a gel or any other products except for an oil before shower, Bblunt shampoo and conditioner and this hair cream, I am planning on expanding my hair routine and adding a diffuser, a leave in conditioner and a gel soon! Will update yall with the end results and mention all the products used) So if I you asked me whether you should buy it or nah, id say HELL YES!! Go for it!! The best product for curly hair no cap! This product is my holy grail, seriously trust me and go ahead. It smells like tropical juice (which I LOVEEE and the smell stays on for so longg) Tysm cantu! I'm gonna try hair gels from this brand too, hopefully it gives similar results 🤞❤️💫

This product ticks all the boxes for my hair management. It reduces frizz, it creates shape, it is easy to use, it can be watered down a little to use as a general "setting" agent, and it smells nice. It's curly girl friendly and doesn't make my hair crunchy unless I want it to. Suits my easygoing lifestyle well.

ich habe das Produkt gefunden, da ich nach etwas gesucht habe, das trockene Haare gut mit Feuchtigkeit versorgt - an meiner Haarstruktur hatte ich zudem auch meine Zweifel, da ich bei nassem Wetter sehr stark Frizz habe und sich kürzere Haare locken - also dachte ich, ich versuchs mal - der Geruch erinnert an Piña Colada, wer Ananas und Kokos mag, wird's lieben - verfliegt übrigens nachdem die Haare getrocknet sind, wenn man's auf feuchtes Haar aufträgt, ist auch gut so sonst wär's auf Dauer einfach zu intensiv - das Produkt ist enorm ergiebig, eine halbe Fingerspitze pro Strähne bei brustlangem Haar! die Flasche kriege ich in gefühlt 5 Jahren nicht leer, wer also jemanden kennt der das auch gut gebrauchen kann, teilt euch das Produkt auf, habt ihr Geld gespart! Ich hab's abends auf gewaschenes handtuchtrockenes Haar aufgetragen (nicht direkt am Ansatz), am nächsten Morgen sind die Haare super geschmeidig, überhaupt nicht fettig. Wenn ich Zöpfe flechte oder Wickler rein mache, entstehen tolle Wellen/Locken, die aber NICHT länger halten, dafür müsst ihr trotzdem Gel oder Spray verwenden! und Vorsicht beim Auftragen auf trockenes Haar - hier haben sich meine Haare verklebt und sind "hart" geworden!

Estoy encantada con esta crema para cabello rizado. Mis rizos se ven más definidos, suaves y con un brillo natural que antes no tenían. La textura es fácil de aplicar y no deja sensación pegajosa ni pesada. Además, ayuda a controlar el frizz y mantiene el cabello hidratado durante todo el día. Sin duda, un producto que volveré a comprar y que recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera cuidar sus rizos de manera efectiva.
