Sphero Star Wars Original BB-8 App Controlled Robot (No Droid Trainer) - Non-Retail Packaging

The app takes awhile to load and connect but after that it works just fine. It is taking a little getting used to trying to control BB-8 but lots of fun and cute sounds on the app. So far it is moving around as expected. If you are a die-hard Star Wars fan, you'll love BB-8.

I have been coveting BB-8 for a while and when i saw the price, I jumped. Initially ordered for a Christmas present (for myself lol), I got it out and tested it at work on Halloween with a co-worker who was dressed up as a Star Wars character, and we 'raced' his BB-8 with mine. Productivity that day was very low. Anyway, its very easy to set up, and pair with my phone, just downloaded the app for it, and i was good to go. I like the charging base for it, and it looks nice sitting on my desk. Does a grown 40-something woman of two kids need a Sphero BB-8? Nah probably not...but the price was right, I'm a Star Wars nerd and I think BB-8 is adorable.

Well my so. Was extremely excited to get this but to our disappointment this is nothing more than a plain remote control droid. None of the features advertised work all has been discontinued and to top it off the battery lasts about 13 min then blinks red and needs changed again.

Amazing toy!!! Even my adult friends were surprised! I was a bit afraid when I bought it because of the packaging (not the original) because it was a present but I bought it anyway. No regrets!!! I wrapped it up for Christmas and my kiddo was more than happy with this toy!!! Joy for the whole family :)

Really nice product

My 61/2 year old love Star Wars and was very excited to get this BB8. It works great! He enjoys making BB8 run around the room and around objects. It’s awesome how he can control it with his iPad

Me encanto mucho me lo queria quedar pero pues fue regalo para mi hermano, este tiene una app que si sirve la verdad muy bien y responde los comandos que esta en la app y si se puede llegar a mover solo si lo configuras, ideal regalo

Droid came.. I charged it up.. it wakes up but does not connect to device or forceband as if there isn't any bluetooth capability.. contacted the seller to do an exchange and no response.. this is supposed to be my christmas gift from my father and it's horrible because I was so excited to get it for it not to work. Returned the defective product and had to pay for shipping which should have been on the seller since product didnt work a s still waiting on my refund.. horrible product
