SEBS modified, asphaltic sealing compound. Adheres to wet or dry surfaces. For flashings and a wide variety of waterproofing uses. For fasteners and panels on metal roofing. Pitch pan sealant. Seals joints of metal edging, gutters, coping caps, and air-conditioning ducts. Seal edge flashing at walls, curbs, and roof projections. Non-sagging. May be applied from 1/4" thick to a feather edge. Seals end laps and perimeter edges of Ruftac and other SBS self-adhering membranes. Meets the requirements of ASTM D-4586 Type I. Covers 12.5 sq. ft. per gallon when applied 1/8" thick or 30 sq. ft. per 5 gallon pail on a 3-course application.
