Great vanilla cake mix
I was really impressed with the texture of this cake. A little bit regular cake, pound cake and sponge cake. Tender but not crumbly. Even rising. Easy to stack layers (used lemon curd between the layers) and easy to frost. I added a teaspoon of lemon extract and a pinch of salt.

Made Bellini Peach cupcakes with champagne for my gluten intolerant sister....best cake I've ever eaten. Just ordered more of these cake mixes.

Perfect Cupcakes!
I used both the chocolate and vanilla cake mix to make cupcakes for my daughter's 5th birthday party, and they were a hit! Everyone loved them and asked what they were made with.

Good cake mix
This was good, baked well. I used water with it instead of oil. Cake turned out nice, happy with the results.

Beware this is very expensive for you get. This mix is only enough for one cake! I would not buy this again and would have returned it if it was possible.
