Zevro SmartFunnel Kitchen Funnel with Pour-Control System,White

I've used this at least a half a dozen times in the short time I've had it. One feature I love is the separate "nozzle" that allows you to use it for small (spice, etc.) bottles. It can be used with the main part for measuring or large amounts or by itself for a small amount. Great for salt shakers. I find the pour control part easy to use. I don't know what the other reviewer found difficult. It's great to be able to just measure in the funnel & then open it and let it pour. The only thing I'd change is the bars across the bottom of the main part of the funnel. It keeps you from funneling anything lumpy or much larger than, say, basil. I think it may have to do with the pour control system, but if not they might think about re-engineering that part. It's very handy & well worth the money. I'm getting rid of many of my other funnels and just keeping this one.

This product is intended for use as a limiting funnel and is better used for a measured product rather than general kitchen use. It limits the amount of fluid, so the flow is restricted. I didn't read the description well enough, so returned it for another model.

I use this to fill the ReSqueeze reusable food pouches. The spout is wide enough thicker foods like applesauce move through it fairly easily but narrow enough it fits into the mouth of the food pouch. I don't often use the bottom part that closes the funnel because I worry thick foods won't travel past the little bars. However I recently used it to drip liquid into ice pop molds and it helped me control the flow perfectly. I had been searching for the perfect sized funnel for a year when I discovered this one. I now recommend it to everyone it's that good.

The photo of this item makes it look like the opening is actually bigger than it is. What you see at the bottom of the funnel is a cap. The actual funnel opening is a regular 1/2" or 3/4" or so, not the nearly one inch it appears. Very disappointing. Other than that, it appears to be an okay item.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It allows me to make quick protein shakes and nutritional supplement drinks by using the funnel to pour powders into regular water bottles. It also comes with a "pour control" system for liquids which gives you control over the amount of flow. Very simple yet well made.

I was looking for a large mouthed funnel for pouring powder, but this is of no use for non-liquids. It is also difficult to clean. The transparent top part of the funnel actually has an inset opening no larger than the opening of the detachable mini spout. I can barely fit the tip of my little pinky into it. The detachable solid color bottom of the funnel(not the detachable mini spout part) has an unremovable Y-shaped piece in the opening. The bottoms of these two pieces are not pictured or described anywhere on the product page, so you would think the full measurement of the bottom diameter is open, but it blocked inside. This product has an effective opening no larger than any other funnel, the only difference with this funnel is the open/close feature. I would give zero stars if it was an option. Unfortunately, the return period was too short, so it cannot be returned. The return policy, since it varies greatly from item to item, should be specified at the time of purchase instead of only after the order is submitted. I am usually satisfied with Amazon purchases or the return policy. Disappointed this time.

I have no trouble using this funnel for liquids. It might not be so good for powders since there are little vanes in it.

This funnel is a lifesaver! I used it to decant raw honey into 40 2oz mini honey bears and the tip for PERFECTLY - and the open/close functionality worked like a charm! This project would have been a disaster without the funnel!
