The second good news is that within a couple weeks my tetras' colors were markedly more vivid (neons, black neons, and glowlights--especially the blue of the nons), and I also have a neon blue Mickey Mouse platy whose color is noticeably more blue and iridescent. My blue/rust-colored Betta, red platies, sunset platies, and orange swordtails were pretty vivid to begin with so I'm not really sure if their colors are richer now or not. But I'm definitely impressed at how great the others look! And of course I'm confident this food is better for them, since it is made mostly of several kinds of seafood. I have used it for all purpose, from regular feeding of my fish, to feeding newly hatched fry and growing up to adult size without providing any other special diet. my fish do make a lot of babies and are good parents so every few months I end up with a new batch and for the most part they end up growing to adult size with this food. My fish color is very bright and they seem very happy. My water does not get too dirty.
