First of, the quality of material used is very good and looks durable.2. Forearm strengthener resembles the Wrist lifter that I use in gym, hence I get similar feel with this product.3. Tightness is very apt and ample for a intermediate level person.4. It has ample of padding to support the wrist and lower forearms.5. Hand gripper is also of decent quality and it has adjustment as well.6. Its very good combo to be used with strengthener.7. Cherry on the cake is the finger stretcher. They form the complete package.8. These stretcher target the lower inner muscles, which are often neglected.9. Good thing is that it requires simulated pressure from all the 5 fingers, hence increasing the effectiveness.10.
