It's affordable and the ingredients look good. However, every time I take a pill I get a huge cyst. I tried stopping taking them to see if it's definitely this product, and every time I take a pill even if I stop for weeks, I get a large painful cyst. The oil inside the pill tastes rancid as well, so even though it pained me to do so, I had to throw out the entire bottle.
