It definitely has a little bit of the smoky flavor you come to expect from roasted peppers, but what you will notice after a minute or two is the unique tang of habanero. You will want to have a light beer or two with this one, although it is mercifully not as blisteringly hot as some habanero-based salsas (a good thing if you like flavor as much as heat!).Quesoblanco: This is a white cheese salsa, so don't come here expecting your standard yellow 'nacho cheese' fare. Quesoblanco has a very subtle flavor, unlike the salty yellow melted plastic-like crap you can get out of a can.Raspberry Chipotle: I'm not a fan of sweet or fruit-based salsas, but if you find peach salsa palatable then I would imagine you would want to give this a try!As a salsa connoisseur, this trio leaves me very satisfied. ### ⭐⭐ Good Taste Packed Poorly !! *by E***O on November 9, 2008* Barn Burner is rather warm, taste is pretty mundane, nothing to write home about....Raspberry Chipotle is pretty good and makes a great vinagerette for a salad.....the Queso Blanco is the best of all, great on chips or other mexican foods. I would rate the trio a 3 1/2 for taste, but the lower rating is for the piss-poor packing & delivery. The first order arrived from Houston, TX 10 days after I ordered ( I live 200 miles from Houston & have PRIME ) One of the bottles had broken, ruining the order, Amazon emailed a replacement (and to their credit made it a "RUSH" order) Fed Ex was trans both orders, this time it took eleven days, same flimsy packing (thin cordboard) nothing broken, but package was torn, & beat up..... ### ⭐⭐ Hard to explain... *by R***N on February 7, 2009* I ordered this product specifically to try out the three different types of products.
