Was recommended these by my gym trainer - so glad to have taken his advice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast delivery, pure product - just wish there was more for my money! *by A***R on 22 September 2019* Loved the fact that the tablets arrived before the expected delivery date and in an eco-friendly glass bottle instead of plastic! I have only been taking the supplements for a few days but I feel slightly more awake during the day which is good - I'd need to test them out for longer to hopefully see more noticeable positive changes I think. I bought these because of the glass bottle and because, from what I've researched, glycinate capsules are the most absorbed type of magnesium supplement (unlike oxide and citrate) and doesn't give you diarrhoea like cheaper citrate capsules might. There are also no bulking agents like magnesium stearate or maltodextrin which is a massive plus, and being made in the UK I trusted the manufacturing process and labelling a lot more and was comforted by the fact these didn't have to be flown in from abroad (contributing massively to carbon emissions). My only complaint would be that I wish there was more capsules in the bottle as they are quite expensive and you only get 90 in the bottle.
