CHICKEN CRACK Highly Addictive Coating for Chicken ,Large 2 pound bag!

Omg . This is CRACK I mean it’s soo good. I did learn something the first time I used it. Buttermilk dip is fine, but make sure you drip it off well, too much buttermilk on it isn’t good, also dust the Chicken crack on it, I rolled it after taken the chicken out of the buttermilk and it was to thick of a coating. My advice is to let slot of the buttermilk drip off. Then sprinkle/spread the mixture on it. Less darker harder spots after cooking. But the flavor is good

My husband makes chicken wings and whole chicken breast sandwiches with this. We have people request his chicken when they come over. My kids devour their food when he cooks with this. So very good!

I really do like this flour mix—with a few caveats. First, as some reviewers have noted, it can be very salty for most people. Delicious and addicting, absolutely, but definitely salty (due to the MSG combined with salt). It can stand by itself on bigger breasts and thighs, but by itself on smaller pieces, like wings or tenders, it’s really is too salty (and this from a sodium freak, mind you!) With that said, what I do is mix it with Kentucky Kernel Mix, or plain flour. Usually use 30%-50% Chicken Crack with 70%-50% of the other flour. It comes out absolutely amazingly delicious. I’m a fried chicken fanatic, but others who have eaten this Crack mix I make up agree it’s probably the best fried chicken they’ve had (outside of a Gus’s that is). It’s SO expensive, yes, but when only using a percentage of it as I do, it goes a long way. I’ve tried so many different things and techniques in my fried chicken adventures, but Chicken Crack is really a winner for me, and I always have it on hand to throw into the mix!

A bit pricy taste really good, smells as expected but better. You can smell and taste the seasoning. Quality is great. Chicken gets nice and crunchy. Size is bigger than I expected.

Taste great on meats

Maybe it's just my taste buds, but I didn't think it was anything special. I think I'll stick to my own recipe.
