I've become a fan of Lip Ink products, over Lipsence. Lip Ink seems to stay longer without chaffing or coming off in patches. After a day's wear, the color fades into a natural, just bitten, look. My only issue is that their hues are just not rich enough. I bought Energy Red thinking it would be darker and good to use as a foundation, but it's rather light (like the others I have, including Lava Red). It is bluer than I expected and looks a lot like Koolaide stained lips when applied.

I love this. The colors stay on for several hours and it doesn’t leave residue on your coffee cup or drink straw.

Lipink isn’t what it used to be. It seems to be much thinner liquid than it was 10 yrs ago. The colour looks bright on the page but on the lips it’s a very dark red. I used to buy it from England but they put a stop to that. The postage from the USA is astronomical. I can buy products from China and Australia for a fraction of the cost.

It remains for a long long long time. I like it! However, maybe because of the brush, it is a little bit difficult to put it on the lips in a perfect shape. You have to keep training to get used to it. Therefore, you will not have a messy lips for all day long. I like the color, but if you put on several times, it is just so much strong.. So make sure~!

With Amazon Prime, I waited a long time for this product to arrive which set my expectations really high as I figured that inventory was low with reason. I didn't mind the wait but once the product did arrive (three weeks after two Amazon notices of delayed shipping), I was very disappointed. Please see below: CONS: 1) I ordered Energy Red. Energy Red looks more like Subtle Fuchsia. 2) You have to apply three coats before the color is sitting on your lips nice and matte if you use it alone. A top coat is required. 3) It stinks! CARMAX meets a hint of battery acid. I wouldn't kiss anyone with this on my lips. 4) If you want to add some shine to it by using a lip balm or gloss over it, your balm/gloss will take most of it off (which is why LIP INK has their own gloss). Be warned. 5) Very dry and stings upon initial application -- you get over the stinging though. 6) They're not kidding about this being a liquid lip stain. You tilt it and it will spill -- so please read the instructions on the tube. PROS: 1) The product is smearproof when used ALONE or prob. with another LIP INK product. 2) You do NOT need LIP INK's make-up remover. I took this off my lips and my hand (during smear testing) with coconut oil. 3) Vegan. WIll I purchase again? Definitely not.
