You just remove the 4 factory bolts and bolt it back in the same holes. The receiver will land just under the bumper cover. No cutting, no interference. **Q: How do I send it back?** A: No **Q: What’s the width between the screw holes?** A: Not sure however they match up with the factory holes in the bumper frame once the cover is pryed back **Q: What size torque wrench do I need?** A: I dont recall the size of bolts/hardware that came with it. I upped the review to five stars as it wasn't related to the product. In general highly recommended product, I've used it several times to tow a couple U-haul enclosed trailers, and a medium (15 ft) sized open utility trailer once. No issues, pulls like a champ.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------I purchased this product on 4/29, noticed that there was a $25 off coupon on the item on 5/3 but when I contacted amazon support about it they offered no form of support period. I've never had an issue with Amazon support but never really had to use them either, I am seriously annoyed and considering returning the product and going to the local box store. At least the local box store would have just returned it and resold it at the discounted price.Here was Amazon supports exact response:"With the exception of TVs, Amazon.com doesn't offer post-purchase adjustments.So we would not be able to honor price post order."---------------------------------------------------------------------------------This was the best price I could find. Installed it on 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The install was pretty simple; it took all of 15-20 mins to install. I highly recommend taping the washers in place just remember the tape adds to the thickness of the washer. This was only an issue on one of the 4 sets for me.Paired this with the Reese Towpower 21536 Towing 2" Starter Kit, for the ball. The spare tire took some wiggling to get it back up in place.
