The Queen's Corgi [Blu-ray] [2019]

We watched this in order to relax, it's very sweet. Jack Whitehall voices Rex really well, all the voice acting is very good. I see that in the USA, they used different actors - why on earth would they do that? It's a quintessentially British film! Nice innocent fun, best of all, a satisfying, happy ending.

Present for my granddaughter who thoroughly enjoyed it

As expected in terms of "plot", gags and values this kids film delivers as you would hope, laughs, a few skits, mild adult humour too and as you would expect a "moral" tale of the baddy...well , no spoiler! Read some reviews on the cinema listings slating it and was worried it was too much (rude, crude etc) for the kids but not the case!

This DVD is soooo funny- perfect as a family movie for all ages. Aside from the humour, there is actually a really serious side to this story that’s so powerful and recognises you should be who you want to be. It also covers the power of friendship and supporting one and other. The characters voices are brilliant and you can’t help but love the individual characters. Great animations and fab price. Happy to recommend.

Really looking forward to seeing this as a family.... However something was missing to make it great, what I don't know. This ticks most things I want from a family film. Fun, Comedy, something for everyone, cute animals. In fact using the royal family as well surely a five... But no. The story, a tick, the characters a tick, the animation a tick, the comedy a tick. But to be fair this is an adult talking. The kids loved it and have seen it over and over again. So worth a watch with the kids... But if you don't enjoy it, I can assure the kids will love it.

Grandchildren love this movie

Great film for those who understand or have corgis. The film really excel characterising what a corgis is and how they act. Love how they walk down the hall cock their leg. Alway give a puppy eyes look when they want something. They are brave and cocky too and a coward sometime. If you ever want a corgi and want to know what character they are. This is a film to see.

I don't know what all the fuss was about when they released this. Yes, sure it isn't one of the most innovative of movies ever devised but me and my partner were chuckling hard at some points and the characters were quite the likeable bunch. The casting was well chosen for their respective parts, the plot was pretty decent and I'm pleased I spared time and money to watch it and I will most certainly watch it again. For a few quid, this will be all worth it.
