This mat is so comfortable to use. It’s definitely NOT like being on a hard surface. I use it at work for stretching and the kneeling pad is so helpful. I am not a regular yoga person and am often dressed in non-yoga clothes. The kneeling pad keeps me completely off the floor and makes getting up/down so much easier. This was an excellent purchase and I recommend for anyone who wants/needs padding. Having said that, it is not so padded as to cause any issues with balance. Super cute colors and so easy to un-roll/roll up right in my office. Strap makes it easy to transport and keep the mat rolled up securely. Definitely worth the money and would recommend it for anyone looking for a good quality mat with a nice thickness.

I purchased this mat and I'm so happy I did. It is better than what I expected. It's very comfortable and supportive with the exercises that I do. I'm a big girl and I will not do any floor exercises without this mat!! It supports me in length and width. It's smooth on one side and rigid on the other. I exercise on carpet so I put the rigid side down and use the smooth side. I was worried it would be too thin but it's the opposite; it's nice and thick. I love to just lay on it after working out. I can almost go to sleep on it. This mat is THEE most important piece of equipment I have purchased as I am new to working out. I will certainly purchase this again without any doubts. I love that I can roll it away and attach the carrier strap to it and just put away. It also came with a small knee pad! That's excellent to use if I only need to support my knees without rolling out the entire mat. I am so pleased with this purchase.

I had a knee replacement and had to perform some core strengthening exercises along with exercises for my knee. It was extremely difficult to do any exercises without a mat. I ordered this one and it just what I needed. It is soft and durable at the same time. Easy to roll up and easy to transport with the carrying handles. This mat does not slip on my hardwood floors making me more comfortable to do more strenuous exercises. The grip on the floor is so strong that I am not afraid of falling and sustaining an injury to my knee or any other part of my body. I would recommend that if you have knee replacement surgery that you have a solid chair or stool to help you get up and down. Nothing to do with the mat. The mat is great. This is just to help ensure you don't sustain a fall. Overall, I give this mat five stars. It also has a separate pad that came with the mat just for your knees. It is the same width of the matt and about 12 inches wide. This has been extremely helpful for me after my knee replacement surgery. You can't go wrong purchasing this matt. It is well worth the money and very durable.

I purchased this mat because I like to do a lot of Pilates, planks, and ab workouts. I also love the color (purple is my favorite!) I have hardwood floors so I needed something that would support my knees, elbows, and hips without causing pain. The thickness of it is perfect for such, and it seems very soft. A few problems I have with this mat is that for one, it has a very strong chemical smell to it. At first I didn’t think it was the mat, but the following day, it really filled up the room (yuck). It’s not a very appealing smell at all. Like a nasty rubber smell idk. Hoping the smell fades over time. Second problem is the included straps leave marks on the mat (see pictures). The foam is very sensitive to dents and marks so I’m unsure how long this thing will last. Lastly, it does NOT stay in place. It does slide around easily, but it’s likely because there is no real tread on the bottom to hold it to the floor. Would not recommend if not using this for sitting exercises or exercises that require a lot of movement. Overall, I love the color, thickness, and bonus bad that comes with it. I’ll have to do an updated review once I’ve really had a chance to use this mat consistently. I pretty much exercise 5 days a week so I’ll get some good use out of this mat.

This is the second one of these I have purchased and I've been so delighted with it. It is thick, well made, and I like the extra mat because it works well for my knees. The color is just right as well. It is slip resistant and has a good grip too. Also it doesn't come with a horrendous smell which is wonderful so it doesn't have to be aired out! It does have some markings from where it's tightly wound up with the carrying strap. I highly recommend this product!

After using a cheaper exercise mat at the start of lockdown, I decided to upgrade to a better one. This mat did not disappoint. I was looking for something with a bit of bounce, since my knees were getting a pounding from performing lunges on a thin exercise mat. It hasn’t shredded (like cheaper mats do) and It also provides enough traction for yoga poses. I have a wooden floor and this mat stays put through all my exercises. All in all, a good all round mat.

Estuve pensando muy bien en cual elegir entre todos los que te ofrece Amazon, y me decidí por este, esta bastante grueso, no se siente el suelo y en mi caso si trae el tapete aparte para las rodillas y el aditamento para transportarlo, la verdad una excelente calidad, si llega al 1.2 cm (o 1/2 pulgada) de grueso por lo que es bastante cómodo, lo utilizo yo y mi hijo para jugar, le gusto bastante la comodidad que tiene

Good quality, very thick so good for people with back ache but want to do yoga etc. Recommend

Tappeto per fare yoga stupendo, super spesso, non ti fai male quando esegui esercizi sulle ginocchia, ha anche un piccolo tappetino in più. Comprende una tracolla per portarlo comodamente (che purtroppo segna un po' il tappetino, ma nulla di troppo drammatico). Lo consiglio assolutamente.

False advertising on all counts. Do not buy. Thickness is only 1/8 inch, not 1/2 inch as claimed. No knee pad is included as claimed. Color is gray, not blue. Returned.
