Review: Lovely real fine milled almond flour (NOT ground almonds) - This is what I've been wanting, proper fine milled almond flour that's been defatted so not as oily as ground almonds. Absolutely excellent and lovely company to deal with. My only problem is it only comes in tiny packs of 400g (& we're low carb so I use an awful, awful lot!) so please please do a 1kg size, which I hope will work out cheaper, as it's prohibitively expensive at £17 for 400g. Super good product, but falls down on price sadly. Until it's cheaper and in larger quantities, I can't afford to bake with it.

Great product. Low calorie and low carbs compared to the few other similar products out there. Have already ordered second lot. Shame about the cost but it is a specialty product I suppose. I have been using it to make low carb bread.
