**Q: How about side spillage? I'm a 32D, lost 105 pounds, have loose skin & get squished out sides/u. Larger size just leaves empty cup space & bounce.**
A: I too lost 100 pounds though I'm a 38 DDD and if you pull your breast toward the middle of the cup you will have nice cleavage and no spillage. These bras are worth every penny. Without it my boobs would hang halfway to my belly-button and they are the most comfortable underwire I've ever worn.

A: This bra totally covered the "back fat" issue for me. The Le Mystere bra I usually use has to be very tight and bulges show in back. I wear this bra a bit looser, (so it's actually comfortable!) no back fat AND it's still supportive. Love it.

This sports bra has amazing support and packs the girls in nicely. True to size too. Absolutely no bounce when I’m doing cardio and there is no uniboob which is an extra plus. There isn’t much padding to the cup but I personally don’t mind that.The straps have a unique feature where instead of a slide strap for tightening, it has 3 slots you can put the hook into to tighten. This will prevent your straps from loosening when doing things like cardio.I’ve been leaning more on the DD end but I ordered a 32D for extra support and it fits great. Just a heads up the band is a little bit on the snug side.
