I've been using this for several month and it works exactly as intended/expected. It arrived without any damage, doesn't sag over time, and doesn't feel flimsy. For this product to work best MAKE MEASUREMENTS BEFORE YOU BUY, all the product dimensions are listed in the description. 1. Measure your shelf thickness this way you'll ensure it'll be able to slide in without any problems 2. If you're going to put in on a shelf with a cabinet door, take a wooden ruler (or smth that is ~2mm thick) and hold it against the place you're planning to put it, then close the door and see if it closes tightly enough for you. The holder itself is about 2mm thick and some cabinet doors might not close tightly with the holder installed (especially if it's put close to hinges). Obviously, you can't expect to be able to rip a piece of towel without holding the roll because one side of the holder is open. And since it doesn't require drilling, it's not going to be as secure as cabinet-mounted options. So I recommend to manage your expectations as well. Overall, this holder is exactly what I needed to free up some counter space in my small rental and I'm very happy with it.
