The formulation has changed. Uncertain if this is better
Loved the original formula. This makeover changes the dosage ( 1 capsule 1-3 times day compared to 5-10 capsules before and after workouts as well as throughout the day). Hard to believe this new formula can match up with only 3 capsules a day. Still evaluating but looking for possible alternatives.

nothing negative to report, but still trying to evaluate as I am 74 years old and am only taking 6 capsules before workout and 6 in the evening.

I can tell a difference when taking it with absorption ...
I can tell a difference when taking it with absorption of proteins and workout recovery enhancement. It is not dramatic, but certainly noticeable.
