I have so far used them to cut pizza and to open several packages and my husband used them to cut up some chicken.They were extremely easy to use and are VERY sharp which is a bonus. I love the features with the case cover so you don't cut yourself and also the cracker addition which I believe is either for nuts or shell fish. That makes these quite handy for multiple uses.These kitchen shears are sleek and have a great feel in your hand. They are a nice weight and a perfect size for all sorts of uses. I love mine and know they are going to come in handy in my kitchen. I also love that they can be put in the dishwasher for cleaning, however I will probably hand wash mine to keep them safe. Plus the fact that they are rustproof makes them such a good addition to my kitchen. I will write again with more when I have gotten a chance to use them more.I like these so far! I've only had them a couple of weeks so I can't attest to the long-term quality. They are lightweight compared to my prior kitchen shears from Chefmate. The only concern is the white plastic around the handles - I worry that these will look dirty & discolored over time. It hasn't happened yet, but again, I've only had them a couple of weeks. Hopefully if that does become an issue, a Magic Eraser will make them shine like new again.Many thanks for these shears, These are a great product.
